Hey Folks...

Well everything today has made my whole life a bit nicer. Not really easier, but definately nicer.

So lets recap exactly what happened to me this weekend.
I drove up to LA to work my first booth ever for Dancesafe (a volunteer org. that educates ravers/club goers on the dangers of drugs - BTW jamie and ben MDMA is no longer in my regiment of drugs - 4 times was enough for me...) Anyways, on the way to the club my car started smoking...ALOT...so i pulled over in to a taco bell which mind you was nicely in the middle of the barrio (wheee...did i stick out like a sore thumb? i think so!) Tried to reach anyone i knew to figure something out (because if i had some duct tape and coolant i could do a temporary fix enough to get me back behind the orange curtian), but couldn't reach anyone so i eventually just called triple A. Well after waiting about an hour outside of the taco bell the tow truck came. Now i was expecting to be towed to a garage that would be open on sunday so i could stay up in LA and drive home tommorow (so the AAA lady said) WRONG! the tow truck guy had no clue what i was talking about! so he drove me to his impound lot and towed me there and said he'd pull my car to a garage across the street on monday. And then he left me...now i was a bit less in the barrio (on the outskirts i'd say - a couple miles from USC) so he left me in the middle of nowhere...so i walked to this 24 hour outdoor taco stand and tried again to reach everyone i know. finally get a hold of roomates and by a kinda random chain of events Ernest ends up picking me up (!?!?!). So ernest takes me to Sci-Arc (where he goes to school and where i went to a rave across the street from) and he shows me his new stuff (very cool) and then we go back to his place. Chill there for a while and decide to go to spundae! The only fun part of my evening!!! Got to see Nick Warren spin an awsome set of trance and get my first clubbing experience ever! Whoo hoo!

So still don't have my car. Half my stuff is in it. Hopefully will be able to get it on friday.
