this is the third time i've tried to post this entry...lucky for me i saved it the first time when i noticed it was fucking up...(good save mateo)

okay - time to blog

this weekend was pretty nice. a bit more organizing of the new place.
its really turning out nicely. i already miss the (ummm) excitement of
living next to the university, but all in all its quite nice. the only major
problem is the neighbor. she gives me mad willies cuz guess what she
does?
Irvine PD private investigator!!! unless Luis' theory is correct and
she's actually in the witness protection program...hmmmm...

the vortex was very weak this weekend. that was really great. no
drama, no major disasters, no nothing. the worst thing that happened was an
inability to obtain some dope. but that ain't no thang chicken wing. me and
luis and andrea watched ghost world on friday with the 10 bucks i found on teh
sidewalk. lets just say i'm glad that we got to see that movie for
free. i think i really would have liked it if it was only 45 minutes long. but
the full 2 hours dragged on and on. it was an interesting story, just too long...
i think my ADD developed a bit while watching that film...

party at andrea's very fun, but i drank too much too quick. nothing bad
(no sickness or anything), but andy and i should have drank slower so we
could stay at the party a bit longer. its weird. we met this guy, carlos,
who used to live in the apartment we just moved into. he lives there with
his parents and he lived there for 13 years (!). They moved out because of
a mold "issue". i think he's just graduated HS, coz he looked pretty
young. (oooh i like spelling cuz - coz) it was a bit weird...kinda like
jamie's new year party

as i type this i'm reading the new porn clerk link i put up:
"This is the odd, timeless zone that people go into when studying the
boxes. Lone porn renters go into it immediately and resent being pulled out.
Group renters never intend to go into the Porn Trance. They start out
laughing together, pointing at the boxes and reading particularly ludicrous copy
out loud. They are far too hip to really be interested and then they see an
orifice that really strikes them and one by one they get sucked in and
the porn section is quiet again.

sunni(Y? i think its i)'s birthday party was pretty fun. fooze ball
(booze ball - hey i just got the joke there, wow i'm lame) is great! Id like
to buy one of those :) maybe that will be the first big purchase i make
when i get a (gasp!) real job...
