wow - it is thursday already. i have been a bad blogger and not done a serious update in a good week. the past week has been great.

seeing dana was GREAT! GREAT! GREAT! I need to make a trip up to LA one of these weekends. We all miss you.

halloween was good fun. it was great hanging out with the old conejo roomates. here is a picture of my costume - I wasn't drinking all night - I swear!. Especially fun were the international students experiencing their first halloween. great costumes all around and good stony times.

first bball game of the year was pretty fun. our defense sucked. this will be an interesting season it seems that none of the teams in the big west really have any superstar players. I'd say we have a chance of going to NCAAs this year, but our chances are not as good as they have been in the past, so we'll see.

went to little siagon for banh mi, boba and other vietnamese goodies. cali (the sandwich store) is pretty good. sandwich-wise i put it on equal footing with lee's. some things i like more about lee's and others i like cali more. later that night meera and I went to Little India and had a great time! It turns out they were putting on a celebration and had closed down the whole street. there was indian music and dancers - it was great - too bad we got there when it was shutting down. Still it was fun. Meera and i bought some CDs (the very best of Daler Mehndi) and got some great southern indian food. It was funny because i didn't realiz that the restaruant had no meat until scouring the menu...twice. still the food was great and spending the night with meera was good too.
