i've been meaning to blog this since my second week working over here.

it is a fun game called - turn any place name into an english place name (kind of like the jewish, -berg, -gold, -man, surname game)

all you have to do is take a city name and add any of the following endings and boom! it is english!

-shire
-ham
-ford
-berg
-ton
-minster
-bury
-hampton
-forth
-mouth

here we go:

renominster (ooh sounds like it is on the moores of england)

or for more fun add more than one suffix:

irvinehamsfordshire
