zero sleep thanks to my travel buddies + 8 hour train ride = mateo in completely new city with completely stinky overpriced room, no heat and the immense desire to stay in this internet cafe until they kick me out (as it will take too much energy to get my ass moving back to the room)

god or jesus or allah or the tree faires of nyhym are trying to ensure that i don't remember half of this trip as i currently have 3 cameras in my possessions and of which NONE work! first there is the mega 1970s 35mm from my pops. upon my 2nd day travelling the lens locked up and in effectively useless (unless i want to only take photos of things that are 5 feet away). second there is my USSR 35mm that i picked up in hungary to act as a temporary replacement/be a souveiner, but i can't figure out how to set the light meter properly. lastly my digital camera (fortunately) isn't really broken, but i seem to have lost my plug converter. this means i have no batteries. fuck fuck fuck. i'm gonna try and hit up the UK embassy to see if they've got one that i can snag for a while or maybe just hook up my battery there for a day or something.

oh well, i'll have to pick up a disposable or something...

anyways, life is good, but i'm a bit lonely now that my travelling companions are gone, but i'll be (probably) going skiing for a few days, which for me is usually a solo venture so no biggie.

i'll give everyone a proper trip update once i get back and can show photos at the same time...
