the other night (morning - 5AMish) i was riding home from work and i hit the left wing of a seagull. it was in a group of seagulls and he was in the front of the group. while sailing down broughton street the birds in the front of the group started to take off after noticing me, this caused a ripple effect where all the birds in the group do a halfhearted leap, usually getting you out of the way. this guy just jumped right under my wheels. it was too perfect. like when a two frizbees hit eachother midair.

hope he's okay, but there are plenty of seagulls on the planet, so i'm not feeling guilty much.
